Terms and Conditions



Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. ORDERS CONFIRMED BEFORE 11:00 AM PST during normal business hours will be shipped same day. ORDERS CONFIRMED AFTER 11:00 AM PST will be shipped the following business day. During holidays and weekends orders will be shipped out the next available business day.


In the event your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You will be required to pay additional shipping costs. If the package is returned after a 2nd attempt, you may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus all shipping fees.

If your tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, check the post office for your order or that someone else has not taken your package. Most of our shipments are shipped via Canada Post, so if you don’t receive your package we will launch an investigation with them.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.


If you are unhappy with our product, for any reason, we will provide you with a replacement immediately. Please contact us at info@greatcanadianmeat.com with questions/concerns/returns.
